During traditional manifestation “International East of Serbia”, , NGO Village organized two round table discussions: On June 20th 2014 at Sarbanovac on the subject „Ljubljana Guidelines” and on June 22nd, 2014 at Bor’s Municipal Assembly Hall on the subject “Human and minority’s rights, tolerance and multiculturalism“. Representatives of largest national minority’s groups, National Minority’s Councils, local authorities, regional and local media and civil sector as well as representative of the OSCE Mission in Serbia, Mr. Nenad Celarevic, were attending the event.
We were honored with the presence of Mr. Sean Mc Greevey, Project Manager of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorites, who was able to come and moderate the event.
Summary of the discussions, problems identified and it’s proposed solutions were sent to relevant ministries of Serbian Government and local authorities in the region.
