During traditional manifestation “Malinik 2015”, on September 19th, 2015, NGO Village organized round table discussion on the subject “Media treatment of national minorities in the light of the incoming privatization of the media” at Bor’s Municipal Assembly Hall. Representatives of largest national minority’s groups, National Minority’s Councils, local authorities, regional and local media and civil sector were attending the event.

We were, for the second time, honored with the presence of Mrs. Tihana Leko, Project Manager of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorites who was able to come and moderate the event.

Summary of the discussions, problems identified and it’s proposed solutions were sent to relevant ministries of Serbian Government and local authorities in the region.
